Details This paper reports the experimental results of the load characteristics of a magnetically levitated system with hybrid magnets, which we studied to replace street cars and conveyor systems. The new magnetically levitated system proposed here is low cost, easy to make, and energy saving. This system operates using AA-size dry-cell batteries. The application of pull-up-type magnetically levitated vehicles will be useful for free path track design and smooth running. The load experimental results are shown.
