概要 The addition of allylmetals or their equivalents to C-O or C-N double bonds (allylation) has been recognized as one of the essential C-C bond-forming reactions in organic synthesis, because it can construct a stereogenic center attached to a hydroxyl or an amino group bearing a transformable γ,. δ-unsaturated C,C bond. A successive stereogenic center at the β-position may also be constructed by the diastereoselective addition of substituted allylic reagents such as crotylsilanes. Although a variety of metal- or Lewis acid-catalyzed enantioselective methods have been reported, a few organocatalytic enantioselective methods, on which this review focuses, have been developed. © 2012 Elsevier Ltd.
